is chrome going outta style or should i get 19" chrome rims on my black TL.

 

What's the deal....do these suck? they're $200 CDN a pop

Chrome isnt going to die, it just is overpowered on alot of sports sedans and sports car now-a-days.. go with what you like and forget everything else...

 

I agree with everyone here, chrome will never die. However, just like it can look absolutely amazing (a simple wheel on a dark car), it can look totally horrific (a gaudy wheel on any car). But in the end, you have to get what you like...who cares what everyone else thinks?

 

I have Chrome wheels on my TL and must say that I get more attention than expected. Black to me is just okay and Silver is just not that appealing. Chrome will grap the eyes of people if that's what you're looking for. Most people steer away from Chrome because of the price and keep up. My camera is broken so sorry no pixs of my TL, but thought I would show the shoes I have on it.
