Caster question after alignment

ok so i finally got my rear camber kit installed and had the tl aligned yesterday. they got the rear camber set perfect , i left the front with natural camber and is about 1 degree off. they set the toe on all four corners correct also. one thing i noticed after i left was that they did not adjust the caster on two of the wheels. it doesnt seem to be too far off but i am still getting a slight vibration at times accellerating and on the freeway. now my two front tires also have some of the tread worn off on the outer edge due to being too low at first, but can someone explain to me if that caster being off would cause the vibrating or could it be the tires? I dont wanna call and sound like an idiot

I think you are dealing with a tire/vibration issue. TL's also had a vibration issue that would resonate and be felt in the pedal. that was solved with a "dynamic balancer" bolted to the subframe to the right of the J-pipe. but I would try and get you wheel/tires balanced first, since your feeling it at highway speeds.

here is an explanation of caster

hope this helps!

Caster is not adjustable and will not cause the vibration you're speaking of. Vibration under acceleration is a characteristic of bad CV joints, while a vibration at speed in the 65/75 area is usually tire/wheel related, out of balance, uneven wear, bent wheel, out of round tire, etc.

ok so if caster is not the culprit im guessing its those two front tires causing it from being worn down. here is a pic of them for reference. what do you guys think ?

also what do you guys think the tires are rubbing on ? im thinking its the part where the bumper meets the fender since it sticks out a little bit. i thought about dremling it down to see if that helps. it mainly rubs when im pulling in an incline or decline

No alignment adjustment will cause vibrations. Caster effects the way the vehicle turns in and can cause or eliminate a pull based on the relationship between the two sides. The vibration is likely a tire/balance issue and the wear on the shoulder block would suggest that the tire is rubbing something solid, such as the inner fender lip.

Are your fenders rolled? It looks to be rash from unrolled fenders.

You either need to raise the car up or cut/roll that little tab where the fender meets the bumper. To me the vibration sounds like a tire issue.

that depends on the offset and how low you want to be
