car pulls left and right

HI. I have ronjon 19" wheels with toyo 245's PX4 tires, not to long ago i hit a pothole bent one of them and had it fixed and an alignment done....ever since i did that for some reason i started to notice the car pulling left and right depends wich way the raod leans to. Obvioulsy that would make sense but in my case since i have wide low profile tires its very noticeble and it really sucks driving like that.....the steering also feels very heavy especially when you notice the car pulling to one side and trying to bring it back, it kinda takes an effort.

Is that normal >>?? how are you guys feeling about it do u experince the same thing with the similar setup.... i drive a lot around NYC and the roads here cant be worse thent they are so it really bothers me.

Big wheels, especially with high performance tires, tend to pool “uphill”. Power steering is essential there to make driving effortless. It could be that something is wrong with your power steering. Get it checked.

Its probably road crown, the crown in the road is causing your tires to pull which ever way the road leans, your tires may also be following the contours of the road!

What tire pressure are you running? 36- to 40-psi (while cold) in the front tires may partly solve your problems.
The alignment shop may have lowered your tire pressures to 32 or something too low for your tire/rim combo before doing the alignment; this would cause more sluggish response and require greater effort for steering corrections.

well the car was pulling more to the right before i took it to acura, they rotated the tires and performed an alignment on the car. So the car now pulls both ways depending on the shape of the road of course. I guess i didnt feel it before since it was pulling to one side much more. I put all of them to 36 PSI. My problem is that it seems so hard to center it, everytime i feel it pullin when i wanna return it a little bit u can tell its fighting u a little wich really is uncomfortable. I dont remember the car doing that.

and also in warmer temperatures its less noticeable since its easier to steer.

Try increasing front tire pressures to 39 psi (cold) while keeping the rears at 36. Let us know how that feels.

I had the same problem and all it took was an alignment to fix it. sometimes its simple things.
