Car feels like crap...
I have a year old TL with 19,000 miles. Past couple of months, its seems like the shocks are wornout. I feel every little bump on the road. Going over a small/medium bump, i feel the dashboard make a thump sound. I had a 1996 honda accord with 150K miles whcich did the same but this TL is only a year old. I dont think I'll ever buy another acura. What can I do? What can I say to the dealer? Any ideas?
Thanks..
Thanks..

I'm not sure about your driving habits but I believe your car is still under warranty. Take it in and get it fixed! Regardless of what is happening with your car Acura is an excellent car company.

why can't he/she complaint? The user is simply asking a question and looking for answers from fellow TLers, so nothings wrong with that. You need to cool down brother.

Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the TL, but maybe something can be done about it.

sure, he/she can complain all s/he wants. but i couldn't resist asking why s/he wouldn't go to the dealer first, especially when it seems like it's a suspension problem. and seeing how it could be the tires wearing out (and possibly even under-/over-inflated tires), his alignment might be off, too... could also be from flat spots as well. only the dealer or a shop could determine these things.
yeah, i suppose i sounded a bit like a jerk, but i was a lil drunk at the time. i apologize for that.

Ndx2, you or I or anyone has as much right to say what you said as he did to make his original post. F#@k all the guys around here who don't understand that. Time after time people come on here to ask stupid questions and start half-witted flame wars, and I'll keep calling them out on it. And yeah, it sounded like a biatch to me too. "What can I do, what can I say to the dealer"?... whatever the hell you want to, dude.....

Question for the OP.. Are you driving more aggressively? The TL on regular suspension behaves erratically when driven hard..

I'm about to change my tires - everyone complains about the tires and that new ones are the cure-all to many of the TL's woes (rattles, handling etc.) I am about to change my tires too, I can't wait.
