I just have one TPMS going bad. Is it OK to replace that one with an aftermarket sensor or do they all need to be the same brand?

You can replace just one so far as it's compatible.

I would at least get an OEM TPMS replacement, I have ordered TPMS replacements from ebay that are OEM, and work out fine, and then you are sure that it will be compatible.

You can definitely just replace the one bad sensor, which is what I would do(have done).
