Camber kit really necessary?

I want to install H&R springs and I read that people have installed a camber kit and others haven't. if you don't install the camber kit, will the camber show a significant visual difference after the HR springs are installed?

I just wanted know for those who have HR springs without a camber kit and are satisfied with the overall outcome. thanks guys

you most likely won't need a camber kit with a spring drop, its only when you lower your car substantially on coilovers and/or you are running aggressive wheels that you need a camber kit.

the natural camber you have should be just fine, but you'll know more after you get an alignment AFTER you install springs and let them settle for a week or so.

If your fine running some negative camber then you dont "need" a camber kit.

Are you on stock wheels? Negative camber will cause them to have a sunken look to them. camber will wear eventually your tires, but its the TOE you need to worry about when getting an alignment. You could add wheel spacers to help with the stance (15mm front/20mm rear).

^no the sunken look is when your wheels are "sunken in" and not flush to the fender, basically how your wheels are now.

adding negative camber will only make the sunken look worse, since they'll be flexed in towards the wheel well.

A lot of 3G TLs have negative camber from the factory. When lowering it only gets worse. Negative toe can be a big problem in eating up tires. If you need a kit get the INGALLS kit.
