Buying New Wheels....Opinions???

What's up all! As the title states i'm going to be buying sowm wheels for my 08 NBP TL-S by the end of the month. I have a couple of rims in mind and wanted to see what you guys thought. Here are the links:

Lorenzo WL18 - 20 x 8.5 +35mm

Venti V56 - 20 x 8.5 +34mm

I would probably running a 235/30/20 tire, some Toyo Proxes 4. I'm currently leaning towards the Lorenzo. I would definitely appreciate your comments, like, dislike, indifferent.

If I had to choose between the 2 I would go with the one with the polished lip...

Thanks Flip.

TLAdavanced, that's why i'm asking. I like the all blacks and would definitely do them if i had a WDP. But i'm just questioning whether it's too much black to do all black wheels and NBP.

You can get away with the Lorenzos a in 19's unless your set on getting 20's. With the all black its gonna make the rim look huge. Its pretty nice too.

^That's another issue. They don't make the Lorenzos with our bolt patter in 19's. I plan on lowering the car as well. Do you think that will help offset the huge rim look of the all black 20's?

Chuthis he is also from San diego. He has a 18" ssr wheels all black with fatter tires and damn it made the rim look huge and he was lowered so it looked pretty good. How much do you plan on lowering your car?

Didn't get a whole lot of response but I've decided on the Venti's, mainly because of this:

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...ighlight=venti

I've got a shop and quote already. I'll try to post some pics of before and after. There was something about the rims that threw me off. After seeing this i realized it was the chrome center cap. I guess i'll have to paint it black or something. Any reccomendations?

^Anarchy, i'm looking to go as low as the rims will allow without rubbing or having to roll fenders. So maybe like a 1-1.5" drop. Definitely going coilovers, either Megans or Tein SS. That's another discussion. After this it's the AEM V2 first though.

I'm not a fan of solid black wheels on any car .. they make the car look unfinished with a void in the wheel wells. Also no matter how well a car is detailed the void makes it look unfinished and not clean.

At least the lip breaks up the void.
