When you say the caliper piston moves in easily, is this just after the problem or after the car sits, and also do you undo the bleeder at all when pushing the piston inward?
Make certain the caliper is set properly and not cocked and the pins are clean and equal on both sides.

Reason for asking is that if you undid the bleeder to allow the piston to move in easier, that is by-passing the fluid return through the rubber hose and thought possibly the hose has an intenal break, but as you pushed the fluid back through the hose with no problem, then the hose is obviously not the problem.
Back to checking caliper sliders and maybe you can view the caliper movement while someone presses on the brake pedal, especially when pushing the piston back out.

Can you explain what you mean by "stick"? If you mean the rotor won't spin, then as already has been mentioned it could be an adjustment issue.

Also, if you used after market pads, many folks have had issues with A/M pads being too thick...
