I just got my tires and wheels jacked. Don't want to put on Acura wheel locks...does anybody know of the best brand to buy? I heard of gorilla locks, are they the best around?

I suggest buying 5 different sets of wheel locks, use one from every set on each wheel. Keep the locks on your person.

 

THey were just stock wheels. Can you explain how I would go about buying 5 different locks? Do you mean buy five different brands?

 

Are the factory wheel locks made by McGard? Do Acura dealerships have masters for all wheel locks made for Acura by McGard?

 

I believe they are Mcgard, and Yes Acura does have the master lock in the service area.

 

just buy five different set of wheel locks from different venders. It will be a bitch to take off if the person really wanted to take your wheels because he has to mold five different set of locks to unlock.

 

rule # 1... if they want ur wheels... 5 wheel locks won't keep them on ur car....
rule # 2... don't park ur car in that same spot again (come for the wheels 1 day... the rest of the car the next)
rule # 3... wheel locks don't help... why? well because all you have to do is use an allen key if it is a star shapped or use a tight socket and off they go

and the last rule is... mcgard don't guard shit...
