BBK w/ Axis Milano... fit?
If i get rotora or Brembo BBK will i have the same problem as the 6MT for clearance issue?
will those kits fit with Axis Milano Wheels?

I'm pretty sure that the Milanos will not fit with the BBK. It doesn't clear the stock MT brembos, so the BBK would be hard-pressed to fit.
Anyone who has more personal knowledge can probably tell you for certain though.

HAHAHA.... Axis is horrible with customer service..... I've sent them 4 emails.. no reply back... on their site they only have "voicemail" options that i HIGHLY doubt they'll ever return your call
