okay questions.
a. what's the difference between 1 and 3?
04-06 http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACURA-TL-04-...590f21&vxp=mtr
07-08 http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACURA-TL-200...590b11&vxp=mtr
b. why does this listing http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACURA-TL-TYP...d5c5e2&vxp=mtr
doesn't differentiate between type S auto or manual?

get the aspec suspension from acktl05 (he sources them from curry acura which is who ships them to you).
i think at this point acura is only making maybe 2-3 kits. 1 for the base models (AT), 1 for base model (MT) and 1 for the type-s. DO NOT quote me on this. this all skeptism. the kits made for the 04-06 6MT is discontinued. the so called kit that has superceded the part number is the 202A (per curry acura when i spoke to them and subsequently ordered). the "A" is not indicative of AT. it's actually for MT from what i understand as many MT parts have the "A" added to the AT part numbers. there is a thread for aspec suspension part number on here.
you can actually look up the part numbers on any of the OEM parts sites and make your comparison from there. keep in mind that the older 04-06 kits are discontinued and most likely NOT available. dealers maybe selling the late model kits b/c that's all they have and they WILL fit in any 3G TL regardless of AT or MT. the car may sit or feel different but the likelihood of noticing a difference is highly unlikely. the car is essentially over 8 yrs old at this point (or 4 if you have an 08). there isn't a lot of demand for these parts, so whatever dealers have is what they will sell.
i believe there is maybe a 100# difference in the AT vs MT and a slight wt distribution difference. the type s is a touch heavier than it's base counterpart b/c of the engine. will all these variances be a massive difference? i'm not a suspension expert.
i've been happy with mine. add a beefier RSB and you'll be really .

rears are always fine but front,,,, the passenger side measures from 26 1/4 to 27 1/2 -_-
is J35 that much heavier than J32? (100# in the engine) type S isn't type Sport(s), it's like type Stylish lol.. heavier, longer(stroke), pfft.
i think i'm one of those people who WILL notice and bitch at the dealer and spend time getting it right so i'm looking to order just the right part that'll level the car left to right...
so there IS a kit for 07-08 J32 AUTO..?

^^there used to be. i think all base models now are using the same kit.
it may not be 100#...maybe 90# between the MT and the AT. i dont' know the wt differential between base and type-s.
sure you're parking on a level surface?

1. i'm calling delray in 30 min. but they are cranky when i call them in the morning
2. yes.. i get that part. maybe that's what's causing the engine side to lift up so high lol
3. positive. i flipped car around different ways on the same spot. and passenger front side always measures annoyingly high.
but if all base models (incl 6mt) use same A spec, doesn't that mean i (07 auto 32) can use 6mt type S suspension and be fine?

I have an '05 6 speed with 07-08 6 speed A spec...not sure on numbers as Canadian #s are different. Anyhoo..it looks to me like a bit of a nose down rake usually. I believe the weight difference between 05 mt and 07 mt is around 86lbs...and not all of it is on nose.................me likey!
