kevino260 - do you have the A-Spec shocks already or something? 'I hate cars' has the Koni Yellow Sport shocks and A-Spec springs.
The A-Spec shocks are very good quality and many have driven 100k miles on their A-Spec suspensions and are still satisfied with handling/ride quality. As long as the shocks are used with comparable springs that aren't much lower than 1.25 inches, the A-Spec shocks should hold up for quite awhile. The H&R sport spring rates are comparable to the A-Spec spring rates, so there shouldn't be a huge problem. Using a race spring like Eibach Sportlines or Neuspeed Race would be a bad combination as their spring rates are much higher than the A-Spec shocks were ever valved for not to mention the added drop putting more stress into them.

^Thanks for that comment! Without that i might have bought neuspeed. Yes, i am about to get aspec shocks with type s suspension. i was thinking of changing out the springs and i wasnt quite sure which one to get. Ive heard a lot about H&R and eibach, but now, i'm just going to go with H&R

What Binhstebinh was saying was that the H&R Race have different spring rates/specs for drop vs. the H&R Sports. Pinnina has H&R sports, with a-spec shocks. If you stick to the H&R sport springs with a-spec shocks, you should be fine, but if you want H&R race be prepared to upgrade your shocks. H&R sports drop (1.4F-1.3R)-----H&R Race Springs drop (2.25F-1.75R).

Not sure what you mean by full drop. Yes using the H&R Sport springs with your stock or a-spec shocks you will achieve the drop labeled for the sport springs(1.4F-1.3R). You should have no problems, check out threads by (BEARCAT), he has been using these springs for over 24k miles (Approx.) I used Koni SP3's and lowered the perch one level from the stock(middle) perch, all around and got a little bit more than the (1.4F-1.3R) rated for the sport springs. I Hate Cars has many threads about suspension, with a-spec shocks, and few different springs.

You will be very happy! Let me know when you order....
It is up to you. I would not go without, but that is because I am a little OCD, and did not want to risk any future problems. The Ingalls rear kit is about the cost of 1 tire, sooo if you don't have a camber kit and can't get the allignment close enough, then you may have to buy tires a little earlier than if you had the kit. Some agree/Some disagree. It is up to you. Good Luck and let us know how everything turns out.

Yeah I just got it done yesterday. I did a suspension swap with one of the Acurazine members, my stock suspension for his aspec shocks+type s spring combo. The installation took 2 hours, costing me $140 and $200 for the springs. I think it was a good deal for me
