Anyone Looking For Original 2004-2005 A-Specs?

OK guys, these wheels have been sitting here for awhile. The Acura delaer did not describe them as A-Specs as they don't seem to be aware of this--but they are.

18x8.5" Gunmetals BNIB w/centercaps. I made them a few offers some time back but rejected their counter offer off $1025 (+137 s/h and insurance)

Someone buy these rims! The dealer has good ratings but I have never dealt with them personally, so do some homework. I'm just tryin' to help any Acurazine members get their A-Spec rims.

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

Acura of Lynwood (WA). Item # 220204621363

Good luck!

"18" ALUMINUM-ALLOY WHEELS ACCENT THE SPORTY, HIGH PERFORMANCE GUNMETAL/CARBON BLACK LOOK " as stated in description, but there is no info on their width.

did they provide actual width of the wheels or pics of the back?

These are definately the 8.5" wheels because if you look closely at the photo the spoked areas do not have a lip which was only the case with the 8.5"

They also provided a part # which I had checked out and it is in fact for the 04/05 A Spec wheel which is 8.5" wide. Even though they have a Best Offer button, they aren't too willing to deal on price!

That site appears to offer refurbished wheels versus new wheels. $980 for 4 refurbished vs. $1080 for 4 new?...I'd rather take the new wheels...

I bought a set from them a week and a half ago! Just recieved them yesterday. Perfect quality each were packed very well. Think it came to about 1162 after bargaining with Christine at Acura of Lynnwood. Good people. Can't say enough about their staff. Do not hesitate to buy if you are in the market! I'll post some pics in the gallery once I get my tires mounted, suspension finished, n aspec kit installed. Should be in the next week

they should be 8.5 according to Ram, and they are not available anymore:

A list of a-spec wheel part #s though that part # (08W18SEP201) isn't listed here:

between those two models, both are good, but one is UHP and one is All-season. if you have a set of winter wheels/rubber, then 452. if not, then 912.

Right now, discounttiredirect has $100 discount on 4 tires: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/webOffer.do

other tires to consider:
Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S
Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S
General Exclaim UHP
Kumho Ecsta ASX and SPT

I had enquired repeatedly about them being the 8.5" version and she (the Parts rep) had indicated that they were...she also stated that center caps were included.

I had called in the part # to my dealer and it took them awhile to find it, but they confirmed that the # was for the 04/05 A Spec 8.5" rim. Hopefully, that it'll be what they ship to you.
Worst case, if they turn out to be the 8" wide A Specs, you can file a claim with ebay that the product was misrepresented and you'll get a refund.

Hmmmmm...well, unless my Dealer was BS'ing me or didn't know what he was talking about (which wouldn't surprise me), he confirmed that they were the 8.5".

I hope you get what you paid for....keep us updated when you get them. And remember, you can always file a dispute with ebay if they aren't what was advertised.

245/40/18...almost as wide as the 255 but the diameter is only 0.1" off of stock... 255/40 are taller.
