Anyone with Koni's in here please.
Hey guys just one question. After the Koni sport wtih Eibachs went in the front suspension is making noise. I know this is sounding very vague but its more of a metalic rattle when going over short abrubt bumps. Its coming form both sides of the car. To me it sounds like the spring purch ring sitting on the shocks is rattling or bouncing up and down. But im thinking the spring keeps tension on that so it cant move. Had the car up on a hoist a couple of time but every thing feels nice and tight with no play anywhere. Any ideas???

No...the perch ring and seat will NOT move once everything is bolted to gether...if it is, ya got issues! Recheck all the bolts that you had removed and re-torque them all as a starting point.

Problem solved on mine. I checked all bolts underneath including the subframe and control arm. I got two turns out of one of the swaybar to subframe bolt and half a turn out of an endlink nut. I went ahead and slightly overtorqued all swaybar bolts.
The result is no more knocking over sharp impacts. I've been driving over manhole covers and road imperfections for 30minutes and it's literally quieter than stock. This was something I've always hated about the car.
I hope this helps the OP and I think it will since both sides are knocking. Mine was so bad I thought something was about to fall off. I was worried about driving it too far.
Might want to check the swaybar bushings too.

I have the same problem. Replaced the sway bar links but didn't help. I checked the upper ball joint by removing the vertical arm that connects to it and the ball joint is nicely firm.
I had the Carin the shop and they said the lower ball joints are good. And I have 3 new motor mounts 10k miles ago. Even better, I have noise on all 4 wheels but its worse up front.
thinking konis are the problem.

I have the same Koni / Eibach setup. I haven't installed the rear shocks and springs yet - What perch settings (notch) did you set the front and rear shocks to? I don't want to go too low as I have to drive through NYC a fair bit...
Thank you,

I sat mine on the oem position. So I could have gone lower.
