Any "While I'm at its" during Koni Yellow/H&R Sport install?

Anything like bushings or swaybars I should do while I'm doing shocks and springs?

I know an alignment is due as soon as it's back together, but wondering if anything else makes sense to do to limit labor?

This literally made me lol. Well played.

On a more serious note, yes - check the RSB bushings and linkages (REAR) and check the compliance bushings (FRONT)

I'd do the rear stabilizer links and that's pretty much about all. Make sure to let us know how it all goes and get some pics. I love this setup, you will not be disappointed.

I had already swapped my RSB and end links to Moog, but the Moog end links are way better, had to cut the stock ones off cause the allen head was chewed up, the Moogs let you use an open wrench and socket which is a million times easier (whoever invented the newer OEM end links needs to fall off a cliff). I did a 1x3 on my trans while I was under there.

New endlinks, and you might consider swapping out for the type S top hat bushing while you're doing it if you don't have a type Z. Mr Heel toe has a service where he'll ream the metal washers on them for you to fit the konis.

A Progress RSB would be a good addition.

I second the top hats since they're one of those things that require shock removal to do.

The car is a Type-S if that makes a difference. Are the top hats a wear item, or just an upgrade? Obviously if it is just an upgrade, I already have them.

Upgrade. Likely yours are still fine. Might inspect your shock boots and order them if yours are looking worn. They're not expensive and I know a couple of mine I would have rather had a new one to put back on. Nothing else I can think of that is really shock related.

Oh one other thing- if you plan on taking apart the back deck (I did it with just the seats out) now would be a good like to do things like rattle fixes in the back deck. Throw in dampener, etc.

Oh- You will need to drill those brushing out to fit the konis btw. I forget the diameter drill, but you'll want to have a plan for it before you take everything apart. I ground mine out with a dremel and it took awhile.

I should have paid more attention. I was recommending to upgrade to a Type S tophat lol.

I believe it's 12mm and the stock shaft is 10mm if I remember what I saw on heeltoe's site, I wound up staying with my stock base bushings which will stretch but since it's a Type S you do have to do that.

The sound deadening suggestion is also good, I wound up not having to take the deck or pillars out, just the seats but I still threw a little deadener under the seat for the hell of it.

^yes to the 12mm size for the expansion needed on the type-s bushings.
