Alignment specs

If you have a base model but use A-spec suspension, do you go with alignment specs for Type S or Base model? Or no difference at all?

There's nothing you can do with camber, so adjust the toe to zero at all four corners. Naturally, if the camber is kaput, you'll need camber kits, but with the installation of just an A Spec suspension there shouldn't be a problem.

The type S needs a more aggressive alignment spec for racing so a more aggressive toe in spec is required

If you're racing the TLS better check what you are stating as toe out would be the way to go for better turn in.
Just an FYI-The local Acura dealer has the front toe range -.15/+.15 degrees and tries to use +.05 degrees as the set point and also 0/+.30 degrees for the rear, no negative.

No way man. Aggressive toe in is standard spec for Type S because of the extra H Peez from the motar. I know a guy who went toe out and blew the welds on his intake manifold.

I thought for front-wheel drive vehicles, some negative toe out is preferred due to forward movement of the suspension arms against their bushings as the front axle being "pulled." The opposite is true for rear-wheel drive vehicles.

obviously not.
however, at the first sign of dispute, you should have came clean, so noobies like 06TLASM can understand that we are just joking.

red text indicates sarcasm.

06TLASM, post up your alignment sheet.
All the TL's are the same with alignment.
