5 Zigen FN01R-C 17"....what do you guys think?
I have a 06 NBP TL. I am thinking of getting a set of 5 Zigen FN01R-C in 17". Thinking of getting them either in:
Bronze:
Matt black:
Or silver:
What do you guys think? Would it look good on the TL? One of the main reason why I am looking at these wheels are the light weight. Only 17lb for the cast version and 15lb for the forged version. These would be a good match with my Advan R compound tires for track use.

hmm...i actually don't have any recent pictures of my TL as it has been in the shop for a while. My TL looks pretty much stock outside. Lowered on Tein SS, A-spec full kit, blackout light housing, and 30 window tint all around.
Here is a piture I snapped at the shop 2 weeks ago.
it looks stupid...yeah i know...lol

Now with i-Vtec
I would rather have the Enkei wheel. It uses the MAT technology is very light and strong. However, a lot of people that I know whom track cars run 18's on the bigger cars ie. EVO's and STi's. Civics can run a 15" or 16" wheel all day long at the track due to the light weight but since the TL is so big and heavy I think you would get a better turn in with the 18" over the 17". Just my

Actually the best track car would be to have ligth wheels with some sidewall flex to allow it to give if the surface is unsmooth in a rea where the car won't just hope sideways over it and lose control. 17x8s would be perfect all around for the TL with some 245x on it.

Thanks very much for the info on Kosel wheels. I am very much interested in them. i too believe 17x8 would be the best setup for track.
Last time at the track i was running the stock 17x8 wheels with Advance A032R 245/40-17 infront and Advan A048 235/45-17 in the back. Runs like a charm!
