245/30/20 or 245/35/20 orrr 245/35/19???

I am trying to decide on which size wheel and tire to put on my car... I have a NBP with a-spec kit but stock suspension (non-a-spec).

I have heard that the 245/35/20 will rub with the back of the a-spec kit in the rear wheel well and so I would have to trim it, also that the extra size is more than "3%" difference and so it will screw up my brakes??

I dont want to get a drop or mess around with the suspension but I also want it to look good and not like a "4x4" as some have stated. Would the 35 vs 30 on the side wall make that much of a difference in ride comfort?

Any advice for me?

I'm using 245/35/20 and having problems with rubbing, but I have the A-Spec drop. I really don't think you'd have a problem with rubbing with the stock suspension.

Is that your car? Also do you know if the rear A-Spec wheel well had to be modified for the wheels?

No sir my car is in my avatar it's my boy KPTL's car. The wheel well only had to be modified once he put the pro-kit suspension on, with the stock suspension there wasn't any rubbing.

Yeah I saw that. I also have the TSW Kyalami's but with the A-Spec suspension not eibach. I sent him a pm so hopefully he will respond. Since it seems you know him personally can you ask him to take a pic of what he chopped off the A-spec kit and also of the rolled fenders! I would really like to see that before I start work on Saturday.

He took it to a shop to get it done and with his new setup I highly doubt you can even get a good idea of what was done he's pretty much tuckin now. I'll ask but doubt he'll do it. You shouldnt rub that much since the A-spec suspension is less of a drop than the Eibach Pro-Kit

I was rubbin pretty good before I took alittle off the A-Spec kit. It still rubs alittle, but not as much. I haven't had passengers in the car yet, but I'm sure it will like a bitch if I don't do something.

Does he rub at all with passengers in the back seat? I want to remove the parts of the A-spec kit int he morning Saturday, and if that doesn't correct it completely go find a reputable shop to roll the fenders.

I have 225/35/20 Front and 245/30/20 Rear with a drop. The rear doesn't have any rubbing issues, but my front tires are getting cut up on the outer tread.
