My sister's acura has a bent driver side front lower control arm. I am just wondering if a control arm from an 06 honda accord will fit it? A control arm for the tl is $240 and a control arm for the honda is $130. Someone told me they had the same suspension but I'm not sure. The parts look the same but I thought I'd try to find out before I go pick one up. Thanks in advance for any help.

 

I'm also wondering if the Accord LCA would work - or if there is any less expensive solution other than getting one out of a junkyard.

 

I'd say they aren't the same, the ball joint is different.

51360-SEP-A00 TL LCA Left $292.80
51360-SDB-A10 Accord LCA Left $293.29

Looks as if the Accord (03-07) and TSX (04-08) have the same Front LCA

 

i was wondering the same thing, someone told me they used the 08 tl-s control arm on their 7th gen accord , they look similar but i don't know if its able to work.
