2005 Wheels

Has anyone seen the '05 18" wheels, what do you think between the "sparkle" and the "chrome" look? What about the new optional 17" wheels? Just looking for opinions before I buy new wheels for my '04 TL.

As far as seen the rims in person; I don't think anyone has seen the '05 wheels, since the '05 car isn't here to put them on.

Got '05 Rims on mine..

Just picked my new '04 TL up last night, with body kit and '05 18" wheels. Rims are the same, but a little "shinier" (is that a word?) I liked the old ones, but these are a little cooler, especially with my black car. Dealer said it was the first car they did with the new rims.

I know.. show the picture... I just picked it up last night and have to sit at work all day instead of spending time with my new car. I will post them.

BTW: Sparkle is the same finish as stock 17's.
Chrome look is the new finish, that is like a grey chrome. Shinier than the old finish, but with a grey cast. They are NOT chrome, but painted.

They're the new "Chrome Look" from '05 A-Spec. From straight-on they look chrome, from an angle they have a grey cast. Tires are 235/40/ZR18 Yoks

How much for the wheels...

Don't know, I had the dealer throw in Navi, the body kit with wheels and tires for $34k

They also gave me the original wheels and tires for winter.. is that pretty standard?

My bad, I was told I would get a deal if I gave up the 17's, maybe get the 18's for 1/2 or so... who knows
