20's fit well in my opinion...

The safe fitment is 20" x 8.5" width and an offset of +38 ~ +45mm

Tires 245/30-20 or 225/35-20

Well it depends on the offset of the wheels you are getting and the size of the tires.

I'm running 20x8.5 all around with an offset of 40mm. My tires are 245/35/20 and my car is at stock height. If i were to lower it, I would have to roll the fenders so the tires didn't rub.

Do you experience any rubbing at all?

Nope not at all, even with 4 people in my car and a few bowling balls in the trunk. The only time I experienced rubbing was when I put a set of 1.5" lowering springs on. I took them off when I set the car back down and my fender was sitting on top of the tire.

If you take this advice, you will be just fine. He's absolutely correct.

If you want to slam it (who wouldn't?), then you might want to go higher on the offset or you might have to roll your fenders to clear the wheels.
