I have "Rezax II" by Work (www.work-wheels.co.jp), 19"X8" with 51mm offset runnin' 235/35/19 Yokohama- AV3

I think you can still bend them on bumpy roads if you hit the bumps fast... sometimes you don't see them comin' and it's too late to slow down... The potholes are the worst... Also those damn steel plates they use to cover up unfinished road work, they're pretty bad too.

Just so you know, my wheels are forged, and I know there's been times where I hit a pothole so bad, I swear I bent them... I'd stop off the road to check... but I've been lucky so far. I know it fhey were just casted wheels... I probably would have bent them by now.

Make sure 19" is what you really want... Ask yourself how the roads are around the area you live in... and where you are going to be driving the most. And also you're driving habits matter too. Honestly... if I had to do it over again... I'd probably go with 18" wheels (the opportunity was there for a really good deal on some really expensive wheels, so I took it). You can find some that actually look like they're 19"... especially if they DON'T have a deep lip... wheels with deep lips... tend to look smaller for some reason... I guess it's a "visual" thing.

Good luck... and let us know what you decide on.

Get 19s... You'll regret it if you don't. There isn't much difference between 18s and 19s in ride quality. And as long as you keep air pressure in your tires, you won't have problems.

as songoku said 235/35/19 +48 and up offset.

yeah...always go with 19's if you can. I also went with 225/40/19 tires. I'm so glad i did, it was my BEST move. 235/35/19 is way too skinny for me.

i agree, go with 19's, i've hit bumps pretty hard too on my 19s, and it's been alright, IMO, i think 18 are too small, 19's are ok, but i rather have 20's and alil drop...
