A nice set of SSR professors are for sale in my area.
They are 5 spoke black with a chrome lip.
After browsing through the members' wheel thread and seeing similar spec rims on stock 04-06 tl's with no rubbing, im 99% sure these wont rub.
I was wondering if anyone could confirm this and if they by any chance have pics of these rims on a 3rd gen.

Rims specs;
19" SSR Professors SP1 5x114.3 ...
Front: 19x8.5+43 (245/35/19 be the correct tire size?)
Rear: 19x9.5+43 (275/30/19 the correct tire size?)

You'll be golden bro. You have AT so u dont have to worry about BBK clearence.

Put it this way. I had 9.5 + 33 up front (last set of wheels) and had no problems rubbing. but that was with 225's

IF they do rub. get smaller tires

Ok nice that sounds good thanks man...the seller recommended 245's instead of 275's in the rear but if they don't rub with 275's I might go that route as it would look dope.

I have 19x9.5 in the rear w/265/35's and it rubbed. You might need to go with a smaller tire, I put 245/35's on and no more rubbing...my

I think to make it easier ill go 245/35/19's on all 4, I just hope the 245 on a 9.5'' rim wont look wierd. But 245mm is 9.6 inches so the rim lip and tire should be almost flush.

It depends on the OFFSET of the wheels... Your wheels gotta be between 35 and 40mm offset...

From personal experience I know that he wouldn't RUB with a 9.5" wide wheel with a +43mm offset and 275mm tires...

You're good to go...

awesome, i wish I could go 275's in the back as it would be an intense looking stance but 265 is pretty close and im sure they're cheaper so this is good news, and these rims are +43 offset
