19" MESH WHEELS : Axis Vs Axis
Hey Team,
I got a 05 TL-(BLK) and is trying to decide if I should go with the Axis Penta of the Axis SuperMesh. I've seen a lot of photos from our fellow members with the Pentas (nice hyper blk) and they look great, but I like how the SuperMesh are straight oppose to slightly rounded.
If you got photos of either on your TL... Please post them. Am open to other wheels as well, but should run in the same price rang. $2k.

Welcoming Thoughts, Thanks!

I like both but if I would have to choose, I would go with the first ones. I'm not a huge fan of the rivets on the 2nd set.

Penta are still available. SupeMesh is a bit more difficult to get, but I know a guy selling them.
I like Works VS-XX, the SuperMesh is similar. Works cost maybe 3x as much as these, plus wider wheels I think, which means more $$ tires, and a good chance I'll need to roll my rear. So..

I'd say neither...I've had axis supermesh.....they bend so easily it's stupid!! You can bend them just by kickin it lol seriously. Good luck if they're alot of pothole in your area.

The axis supermesh seems to not hold up as well as the pentas, also the supermesh rivets are actually plastic and epoxied on. I know this because i have seen people try to take them off only to find out that they are almost like buttons with epoxy under it. I like both wheels my self, but i would have to say go with the pentas as they hold up that much better then the supermesh. Also they will be much easier to find and not to mention in more then likely better condition. If the pentas came in the same silver that the pentas came in it would be hands down pentas. The pentas only coming in the color it does dosnt offer you originality and the super clean look if you are into that. Not saying it dosnt look that good in the color it does but for certain cars or most cars the general silver looks best imo.
hope that helps ??....

If those are the 2 choices, I vote for the Penta's.

So far, it seems like more people are for the Pentas.
