18" 2004 aspec rims

I wanted to know how much you guys think 2004 Aspec (18x8.5) rims that have been completly refinished, go for money wise. My friend is selling a set, and I wanted to know how much they are worth refinished (professionally, new paint). They have avs es100 tires with about 40% life left.
Here is a picture before re-finishing them.

Either way...its a used set of repaired rims....but they are the 8.5" wide ones for the people fruity-licious about that type of thing. To get much beyond $700 is gonna be a push my guess is. I would guestimate $700 - $600 without having seen em finished.

I was assuming that he got that fixed on the refinish....otherwise...YES...you are talking WAY down in the $400 range then....if that. Sometimes its impossible to get someone interested if there are flaws like that.

Well...it depends on if you can find somebody that will pay that much for rashed rims. Usually...you have a boat anchor on your hands at that point...depending on the magnatude of the rash.

No, but I would refinish all 4 so they match though. I was quoted $300 for everthing.
