Hello guys im in the process of stancing my 07 acura tl. Im looking for a offset for 19s staggered that will give me a flush look. Not mexican poke. Ive been searching but not to knowledge on offset and how it works. Thanks wanting 19x9 front and 19x10 rear something in these sizes
at stock height, my 18x9.5 +22's poked out, butt as I dropped it, the natural camber pushed it flush to the fenders.
More aggressive is better.
thats why I dont understand staggering.
why the heck do you want to have AWESOME BALLER specs in the rear, but then some weak ass shit in the front?
see how they're poking out with aspec suspension?
as I dropped it; the wheels became more flush

There are a lot of variables that you would have to consider such as drop height and how much negative camber your car is running. If you are on natural camber and dropped 2"+, the wheels will probably poke about 1/2" from the fenders. Now you can compensate that aggressive poke by by pulling the fenders out a bit.
As Justnspace said, you will need to cut the bumper tab on the front fender (where bumper and fender meet) because that will cut the tires.
So yes the 18x9.75+20 will be a stanced look and if you stretch the tires and slam the TL, it won't be mexipoke
I just found a great deal on 19x9.5 +20 and 19x11 +20
The rears prob will need a alot of work wouldnt they?
Fronts are doable as long as you run no bigger than a 235/35/19 tire, any wider you will be rubbing like crazy. Tab in the front fender MUST be cut off.
Rears you're going to have a hard time fitting. Even with stretched tires, you will be rubbing. In order to be bare-drivable, you need to run 265 tires, 275 widest.
My buddy had 255s on an 18x10 +20 and had to run like -7 negative camber in the rear along with rolling the fenders. Finally got tired of the tire wear and sold it.
I'm running 18x9.5 +22 with 225/40s with natural camber and rolled fenders. No issues.

Unless you get coilovers, that's not really good advice if you have 19's or above. Because 19's will remove some considerable wheel gap and it changes the effect of how low it looks. So in the case of 19's or higher, I would get your wheels first, Unless you plan on doing coilovers, which are Adjustable. Because you could go too low if you get 19's and base the ride height/appearance while sitting on 17s or 18s.
even 18's will take out a little more wheel gap that 17's but they are pretty close if you have OEM tire size.

I had rotiforms 19x10 +35 squared. Then added spacers to the rears to make it +15.
Now I have different wheels which are 19x10 +5 and 0 in the rear. (Which do poke)
I have camber kits front and back with the fronts having the "hellaflush" mod done to them.
I am rolled and pulled all around.
But I also have stretched tires. I run 225/35s.
Not everyone's cup of tea.
I just bought a set of STR 607's 19x8.5(f) 19x10(r) with a +35 offset. I'll probably need between a 5-10mm spacer in the front with a 235/35/19 tire and the rear at 255-265/35/19. I may need to roll my fenders but I think this will sit very nicely. The car is on H-Techs which drop it .7 front and .6 rear if I remember.

Do you dislike having some sort of stretch on your tires ?
You can get away with a 215 up front and a 235 in the rear. You won't need to roll. Your front will be .6" wider than stock type S wheels with OEM tires. Plus you aren't really that dropped. Less than inch isn't much.

I didn't mention anywhere that I dislike a stretch. I just don't have much experience with it is all. But good to know I won't need to roll. I was told I might need to roll. I guess I'll find out when the wheels come.
