You'll need to provide way more information on the wheels before anybody can given you a read on whether they'll fit. You'll need to provide wheel width, offset, and back spacing (probably not necessary unless you have the front Brembo brakes), along with your intended tire size.

They'll work fine with stock struts but will eventually blow out. Lowering springs on shocks will work for a while but the shock will wear faster as it is not valved for that spring rate.

I had tein s-techs on 17, 18, and 19" --no issue clearing. Front will be almost half a finger gap and rear will be 1-2 finger gap.

you will clear 235/40 245/40/18 no problem. on 18x8 +30 in front and 18x+25 in rear is fine.

You will need a spring compressor to compress the stock springs to remove the top hat. You can rent this from autozone, or your local autoparts store.

Be sure to check with the install instructions with the springs to see if you need to cut the bump stops, you don't wanna be riding on them. I had to do so with my 05 Pontiac Vibe when I put a set of S-techs on it, but not sure about the TL.

Tein likely states how much to cut...but you'll be riding on them almost for sure. They're part of the overall rate.
