Balance the wheels on a Hunter Road force then turn it 180 degrees and check, if perfect great, but if off, either the center bore is compromised or the machine is out of calibration. They can always use the lug adapter to do the balance rather than the cone for the center, then you’d know it was centered.

Move 1 front wheel to the back then drive it to see if the vibration changes , if not .. move the other to the back. This way if its a wheel/tire you will be able to isolate which one.
If the vibration is still in the stereeing wheel then its something else.

what tire size and how many psi are you running on each?
check for uneven tire ware, inner/outer. I had exact same problem. Check out my thread : https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-tires-wheels-suspension-97/tire-sidewall-defect-858242/

Your problem is the G37 wheels are lug centric. Your problem would be solved by using the stock g37 lugs, but unfortunately you cannot because nissan uses a 12x1.25 stud and honda uses a 12x1.50. I have a set of these wheels lying around as well and tried with little luck to get the vibration gone. The closest nut I found was a Mitsubishi spec, yet it is still a bit shy of what you need. I gave up on my attempt, but please update if you come up with a creative way to use these vibration free.

Here is some information that I learn the hard way. (Rooki mistake)
I also have G37 wheels and the seller game some lug nuts with the wheels.
I have added hub centric spacer (8mm to clear Brembo calipers) and hub centric rings and all good.
So 3 weeks ago I decided to get some newer lug nuts for the car and I order some OEM G37 (big mistake). The thread on the Acura TL is M12x1.50 and the thread on G37 is M12x1.25 and they use Mag shape lug nuts.
Now I have to replace all the wheel studs on my car. =(
I did some research and I look back into the purchase of the wheels and the seller mention that he had Toyota Camry lug nuts on his TL and that does were the lug nuts that he had given me at the purchase.
I hope this information helps you out.
Best of luck.

I use to have them and Discount Tire provided the lugs and they worked perfect. I have them somewhere if someone wants them.
Once you fix the hub-ring... you shouldn't have a problem whatsoever.
I ran mine for months without vibrations until I hit a big pothole which ended up causing a bent.
