wipers not working

i took my '04 TL (navi & automatic) to get the horn fixed a while ago. They only got the high tone horn to work and they left it like that and gave me back the car. Now the wipers dont work. The wipers worked before i took the car into the dealer. I checked the fuses inside the car by the dead pedal and all of them are good. I checked the fuses in the engine bay and all of them are good. When i pull back on the wiper knob the washer nozzels spray fluid but the wipers dont wipe. When i pull the wiper knob down from its off position i hear a click noise coming from the fuse box inside the engine bay. Could it be one of those black or green relays that dont have the clear top are bad? Or could it be that the tech who got the horn to work forgot to plug something back in? I also took the wiper arms off to get to the wiper motor to see if the connector was disconnected but its not. Its connected. Anybody have any ideas? Also, i saw there was a TSB about replacing some fuse with a 10A one if the power mirrors didnt work and the head seats didnt work. Well the mirrors and heated seats work thats why i didnt replace any fuses. Thanks for the help in advanced.

I am currently having the same problem... I tried to use my wipers last night, and it's not functioning at all

Welcome to the forums.
A search will show a couple of threads here from some months back about the wiper motor going out on several TLs- it's a warranty repair; see the dealer.
