When to check spark plugs?

i just changed my spark plugs at 130,000km and put some anti-seize on.

i don't think it had anti-seize out of the factory because i was hard to get the plugs out after 7 years (07 base, second owner).

but now that i changed the plugs, when should i check it to make sure everything is still secure...maybe in another 5,000 or 10,000 km? i want to make sure it doesn't come loose over time.

thanks
