What is this engine noise?

I had this engine noise for about three weeks. It didnt go away.
I had researched a lot of post here but cant seem to find a similar case.
The noise normally appears after driving a good 30min on the road.
It comes from the engine, it happens when it is at stop sign on idle (stepping on my brake) or i am at reverse backing up into the garage

Seem like heat related?.When i opened my hood, that noise happened right after the fan go off as you can see from the video.i put 93 gas every time.
Do i have to fix it right away or it could wait.
Thanks

It could be a few things. If you remove the accessory belts and noise still there then most likely timing belt tensioner.

Went to the local shop, first time they changed my upper and lower pulley, noise still there, and second time, the big long belt. After 30min of driving the noise come back again.
I went back to there two time already, spent $200. I don't know if I should go back to the local shop again or take a hit go to the dealer.
For me, it seems like the sound is from the engine, it ONLY make noise after driving about 30min or so, which mean only when the engine is hot. I just want to fix it before it cause damage to the engine and end up paying more later on.

Any more suggestion which would be the problem? Thanks

Went back to the local shop again. I could feel that, the owner was a bit annoy about me keep coming back....
But finally Yay, it is fixed. It was the belt tensioner. It was cracked so bad, 3 inches long.
So I guess when it heats up, the crack expands, and the belt not on track and that is how it only make noise when it is hot.

This brought up another question. I went to the dealership in July. I paid for new belt, water pump, belt tensioner and etc. And yet, the cracked belt tensioner I saw today was quite old looking. Which mean the dealership took my money and didn't do their job.
Now I wonder if my water pump and other parts even got changed...... I am so screw, paid them ~$2000. DO NOT GO TO PARAGON NYC

Thanks makk for the respond. You were on point.

Yes.. I think it could be the Acura dealers biggest scam.. Not changing anything on the 100k timing belt/tension-er/water pump deal.

I should of painted the cam cover with black light paint before I brought it in !

I could swear they didn't do a thing accept charge me 1000.00

The serpentine belt tensioner is not part of the timing belt package...but they should have inspected it when they pulled it off to do the service.
