What Could This Be?? (Video)

Usually happens when the car has been sitting for 3-4 hours or more. IN reverse, there's a knocking sounds that's coming from the the front of the car. Once I put it in Drive, it goes away. Anyways...check out the vid and turn it up so you can hear it.

VIDEO (sorry for being sideways lol)

Any idea's on what I can check?? This is seriously like the 30th little thing wrong with this car.

I'd start by looking at the engine while someone places the trans in R to see if there is excessive movement, bad mounts.

Ugh. How hard are those to change?? Anyone know the cost and possible cost for a dealer or shop to do them??

I'll check it all out now, but I figured some of you might know already. I've got a terrible clanking sound over/near the right front wheel when I hit a bump so maybe it's the motor mounts. I was thinking it might be an end-link or bad shock.

Cost would be dependant upon the mount placement and number that are bad.
Bump-Start with the end links.

Agreed. Mounts for the sound in reverse, endlinks for the other sound. I thought mine were bad, bought new ones and when I got in there they were just loose but I replaced them anyway.
