What could be the reason for this?(brakes & Rotors)
i have a 04 TL 6-speed manual. my car has 110k miles and i got it when it had 105k. My dad put in new brakes when i got it. Well when i drive it the brakes don't make any noises but after like 5 minutes of city driving (braking and accelerating) the brakes start to make a squeeking noise. The more i use them without giving them a break, the more they sqeek. But if i don't use them for a bit, the noise goes away and then comes back when i start using more often again. I think i need new rotors, but im not sure. What do you guys think is the problem?

Did he bought ceramic brakes or other cheapo pads? Need to buy the ceramic ones and put a modest amount of brake grease on the backside of the new pads also get that brake squeal spray, spray on the rotors that may help? Thats what I did so far many months NO squeaks.

Thats the Rotor Hub. It's not the problem. Later, when you get fixed, you can sand/clean that and paint it. Use a brake Caliper Paint Kit from the Auto Parts store.
Sounds like they squeek when they are warm. What did your dad put on - Pad and Rotors? Which brand and type?
Make sure you've got shims on the pads (thin metal backing plate for the pad) and make sure the pads are properly greased.
Here is how to get to your Front Pads. Easiest pads ever to change (or shim, regrease and replace):

Did you bed the pads in after installation? The pad manufacturer should have included bedding in instructions with the pads.
Also, as mentioned previously, brake grease should have been applied to the back of the pads, the retaining pins, and the spring clips.

The original "brembo" pads for the TL Sport (6-speed) would squeal quite a bit. Because of this, Brembo redesigned the shape of the pads. They increased the angle of chamfer on the leading edge of the pad to help reduce the squeal. They also changed the grease to some special copper colored stuff (that's big-time expensive) to help. OEM pads are quite expensive now because of this, but completely worth it in my opinion.
Brembo calipers are very stiff and originally designed to perform on the track where quiet stopping is not a priority. Squealing is a very common complaint with these calipers (espeically in reverse). Just ask the STi, G35 & Evo owners...
I'm not saying "Live with it", but I am saying it's a very common issue...
BTW: Rust on the rotor hat is no big deal. Older cars didn't even have paint on that area. That's a more modern finishing touch manufacturers started using...
