Weird shifting "crunch"

Hey guys! So i've been noticing that my car has really weird movement when i'm shifting into first. I have a 6MT, and when i'm at a stop and try and engage first, its kinda like i'm forcing it into first, it does a weird crunch feeling when putting it. Mainly first gear, haven't had this happen in any other gear. I've done the GM fluid like 4,000 miles ago.

Could this be a engine mount problem? Like the flywheel and clutch aren't being synced well? My shifting also is a really hesitant, and I know i'm not bad at driving manual.

How do you KNOW this?

Sounds more like clutch/fly wheel issue to me , I'll let others chime in

Well I'm definitely experienced. Drove a 2003 Infiniti G35 for 7 months that had a stage 3 clutch, as well as a track ready RSX.

And I was thinking that maybe if the engine mounts are faulty, the engine could be at a weird position causing the clutch to react weirdly with the flywheel.

Ahh okay, sorry for doubting you

But that's implying that somehow the transmission and engine aren't mated properly, as such, you would have engine oil and transmission fluid everywhere..

You need to provide information on your car and mileage so we can help

It is a 2005 6mt, 106,500 miles. Put the GM fluid 4k ago. I bought it at 99k miles in June. Basic maintenance so far, nothing modded in the engine or tranny.
