any ideas what this could mean. I am driving about 60 on the freeway and all of the suddon the brake light comes on with the VSA light and the Triangle.

i checked the manual it say take to dealer right away, what could cause this?

The VSA indicator comes on when a vsa function is lost, which means a dtc is set! The brake system indicator comes on when an EBD function is lost, the parking brake is applied, or the brake fluid level is low. I would take it to the dealer and have them pull the VSA dtc and this should lead them to your problem, trying to take a guess at it is like taking a shot in the dark!

it could be a bad VSA switch, make sure your brake lights work because them not working is bad and a symtom of a bad switch.

 

the verdict is in the dealer says it is the master cylinder that needs to be replaced, thank god i bought the extened warranty. saved me $798.98

 

Sounds like the brake fluid level switch went bad!
