VSA & (!) only when cold! Car jerks right

well ive had my 05 tl for over a year and ive been having a problem. i live in NYC so the winters can be cold. When starting my car in the morning (complete cold start) the VSA and triangle ! come on, byut once the car warms up it usually will go away after restarting the car.

However sometimes after the restart i will drive for a while and then the wheel will jerk to the right throwing the car out of my control and the lights will come back on.

When the lights are on i have no traction control.
Never had a check engine light.
Never had an ABS light.

Local mechanic says the computer showed no error codes.

This happened last winter but goes away when the cold weather goes now that winter is back i am experienceing the same problem

PLEASE HELPPPPP

This is just a quess. I think it is one of your front wheel speed sensors. In the pic below, I highlighted the wheel sensor unit (sensor and wiring harness) in yellow. The wheel sensor is approxiametley $21 (US dollar).

That is a very good guess. I have an 05 mt. I don't have this problem. My guess would be that the limited slip is malfunctioning.

Definitely sounds like it could be a wheel speed sensor. If it's jerking to the right my guess would be the passenger side wheel sensor since more power is being sent to the driver's side. It could be dirty or contaminated from snow or ice if it's temperature / weather related.
