VSA Light & A/C

I have an '05 TL with a little over 113,000 miles on it. My VSA and /!\ light come on when the outside temperature is over 45 +/- degrees. When they come on, the A/C stops blowing cold air and blows out a warm, humid air. The cruise control will also kick off when the lights come on and my other dash gauges will randomly malfunction. My time, radio info, ac/heat info display also flicker in and out. No clue if any or all of these items are related.....

When the lights come one, typically if I pull over and turn the car off and back on, the lights will go off and will often stay off for the rest of my trip. I took it to a local mechanic I trust, but I live in a small town 2+ hours away from the nearest Acura dealer, and they haven't been able to pinpoint what is going on with it. They have told me it's producing a AVS 86-1 code.

Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas as to what's going on????? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like electrical oddities. Get your battery, cables, and alternator checked out.
