VSA light on after new tires

I went and put on new tires today. Gulp! After that was done, the VSA light comes on and does not go off. Any hints or ideas what is causing this?

Just the VSA and not the ABS?
Easiest and the normal response is to remove the negative battery cable for a few minutes then see if the light returns. Make certain you have the audio codes as they will be lost unless you have a memory saver that plugs into the OBD port.

If the light remains on you'll need to have the code read.

Maybe they messed up your TPMS sensors and they aren't reading. I know if there is a problem with your TPMS system, you can't disengage VSA. Just a thought...

How many tires were installed? I'm asking cause if one or
Two tires are different sizes heightwise , then it sets a dtc because
Its not getting the same wheel speed to the ecm therefore
No stability assist.
