VSA Button Light??

Does the actual VSA Button light up when the park lamps are on? I cant tell if the bulb blew or not, there is a bulb inside but i tried replacing the bulb with a new LED like I have been doing with my blue led interior bulb conversion but the button doesnt light up. There was only one bulb inside but there are two slots for bulbs. Can anyone help with this? THanks

Mine kinda lights up. I think there is a bad connection though because i can go over a bump and it goes out then i go over another or tap the dash beside it and it comes back on. So yeah it does light up.

It suppose to light up I believe. However, the interior lights are notorious for going out... Don't be surprised if its burnt out.

The majority of the lights illuminate when the key is in the ignition, but the dim green is far from telling in broad daylight.

As I continue on with the LED conversion, I'm finding that Acura has used 3 different types of lights: filament style incandescent, PLCC-2, and 3mm LED. The filament style bulbs are notorious for burning out. I am finishing up the LED conversion for the doors this weekend, I'll be hitting that panel up during the week.

OH, forgot to suggest this - take the bulb out and screw it in the other way.

i tried both ways, and it didnt work. i didnt use a resistor on the bulb because it was hard to fit the switch back into the dash when i was done. could this be a problem? I didnt think i would be a problem, i figured it would just be brighter.
