Angry Very Upset Tl Wont Start

So I just purchased my TL used and everything was fine. Today I got ambitious and I set my homelink for my garage door opener. Took me a few tries because I had the variable code. After this I tried strarting the car and I see 2 immediate problems 1) Car won't start 2) Navigation Screen goes to the Picture and then it flashes and goes right back to the picture. After a few more tries to start Navi and radio don't turn on now either.

Called Acura and this is what they said: 1) They have no clue whats going on. 2) They asked me if I had the Navigation running for a while without the engine on- I said yes for maybe 10-15 minutes.

The car makes no engine noise when trying to start. And it has the click as though the battery is dying/dead.

So what are my options? Jump start the car? Tow it to Acura?

I read a bunch of posts with had starts. Don't know what to do right now. oh yea i washed the car too. water in engine?

I would try jumping the car first. See if that at least resolves the no start issue. Either way, I would bring it to a dealer and have it checked.

Jump it don't tow it....................a tow would run you the price of a new battery if not more.
Get a Optima Red Top if you want to leave the navi on while the car is off.

TLC will have the car towed at no expense to the owner, and the dealer will replace the battery for free if it under 2 years old. As you might now now, the delco batteries that acura uses aren't the best in the world. I'd just go with another acura one for free rather than buy one at your expense

Sign into Owner Link and it should have your radio code on there. Also, I believe it should be in your owner's manual as well.

ownerlink only has it if you type it in there. On the side of your glovebox, there should be a sticker with your radio and navi code on it.

Thats retarted, it should be under warranty... If not you can always pull the unit out yourself and give them the numbers.

They want $200 to give you the radio codes?? (i believe you need 2...one for the radio and one for the Nav if I'm not mistaken)

I can't say here what I would have told them. I'd get banned. Call Acura.

I think acura will only cover 50% of the battery........my battery was changed once under warranty and I was charged a percentage for the battery not sure if it was 50% or 25%.
