Very Frustrated?

I have an 05 TL with around 30k miles on it and I am pleased with the car except one reoccuring problem. The car makes like a chirping noise on the passenger side only when the car is cold and I am accelerating. Once the car warms up it does not make the noise anymore. I am pretty sure it is not the power steering pump. I have taken my car in twice for this problem. I know there have been a number of threads about this subject but no one has really ever had an answer for what part is making the noise. I am very frustrated with my Acura Dealership because I took the car in and even gave them the car overnight so the car would be cold when they started it. They said that they could not duplicate the noise, which I think is ridiculous because you would have to be deaf not to hear the sound. I love the car but I would contemplate buying another one because the service is so bad. You know your service department is awful when you have to diagnose the problem on your own car. Does anyone have any idea what part is making this noise so I can tell my service department. Thankyou.

Don't you usually replace the belt when it starts to squeak?
