Vacuum solenoid

Not a major problem but just curious about the vacuum solenoid on top of the manifold. I was checking my throttle cable this morning and upon doing so I kept hearing a "click" every time I gave it gas (using the cable) coming from this vacuum solenoid. It's coming from the white electrical plug connected to the solenoid. Best way to describe it is it's making a "shorting out" or click sound after every tap of the throttle. Is this normal? No codes, I just never heard it before.

I'm unable to test it myself, but I'm confident its normal. These kinds of solenoids are activated when vacuum changes, which is when you are tapping the gas. However, you should not be able to hear it if you have the engine shut and are sitting in the cabin.
