Smile Repairing an Old "Wound" on 2004 TL

I'm about to sell my 2004 Acura TL - and need some advice, please! The car has about 126,000 miles on it and I've loved my TL. About two years ago, I stupidly backed into a light pole next to my driveway, cracking the driver's side tail light cover and making a slight crumple in the rear side panel behind the rear wheel. I never went for repairs because the tail light still works and I just couldn't find time to get it done. So, now as I look to sell, I'm wondering if anyone could guess at a ballpark cost for repairs (see pictures) and whether it's worth it. There are no other cosmetic issues with the car except the interior floors in the front look worn but some detailing and new mats might help. Any opinions or thoughts on the repairs? Thanks!

That's quarterpanel damage so it'll definitely cost more than it's worth to fix. You could probably get a new taillight but the mounting points behind your current one might be bent enough a new one won't stay. Unless you have a connection with a body shop I would leave it be.

I'd go with repairing it by placing the light but you can see the paint is starting to peel from the minor indent which over time will get worse and if ever touched will get worst even faster.

But try replacing the light if it fits good and holds up sell it from there.
