Smile Uneven ride height

When drying my car the other day i noticed that my left rear quarter panel was lower than the right. it sits lower by exactly 3/4 of an inch. i measured! i never noticed it before and i notice everything. what could this be? could this be the reason why my car has always pulled left this i bought it. no accidents or drama/damage so im stumped. i know this isn't normal and i don't know what can be done. all suspension components look good. any insight and advice would be appreciated.

If the left 1/4 is lower, I'm assuming the rear bumper is lower also on the driver's side and if lower in left rear, check the front left and right to see if equal. By any chance, did the previous owner weigh 300+ lbs?
Each corner on our TL is 26.5", ground to bottom of fender when measured at the center of the wheel.

Yes i measured on a completely flat surface. Measured from top of tire to fender lip and left quarter panel sits 3/4 of an inch lower. You can even see the difference with the naked eye. Any ideas what it could be as well as possible remedies?
