Type-S ASPEC lip kit installed... something missing...

I have an 08' Type-S and had the ASPEC lip installed today. The front lip looks like it's missing. Is there supposed to be some kind of deflector or plastic shield underneath the very front of the bumper? It looks like debris and or water can splash up underneath the front bumper. I did not install the kit myself. I had a shop that specialize in installing custom accessories and tinting install the kit for me. Looks like it's missing something...

The plastic tabs with holes in them??? These should have a pastic snap in them which holds it to the bottome of the front bumper. The shop should have drilled some holes and installed these as well. I would take it back.

i have the same problem i got a shop to install my A spec kit and they left those 2 pieces of plastic saying they did not want to drill any extra holes in the car. Are those pieces important to install?

they are not necessary to install, but the benefit is that it makes the lip sturdier so there is 1. less flex and 2. it is held on by clips, tape and those brackets rather than just tape and clips.

Here's one of the small tabs...

Behind the ASPEC Type-S grill...

Before the radiator & deflector... isn't there supposed to be some kind of plastic shield that prevents anything from going up into the engine bay?
