Twitchy HID and Need Torx Screw
Twitchy HID and Need Torx Screw
Hey Acurazine,
Can anyone help me with my HID problem? So I replaced the bulb on my 07 TL-S and for some reason, it is very twitchy. Very sporadically, the emitted light would start twitching and either stay complete on or turn off. Any clue as to how to solve the problem? I feel like a connector might be loose, but I redid everything step by step multiple times. Or maybe wiring is broken? I don't think it's a bulb problem though because the problem continues with multiple kinds.
ALSO, I lost the Torx screw for that side... Anyone know the exact size I can get to replace it?
LASTLY, does anyone have or know of a picture of what the wiring should look like UNDER the plastic cap? For some reason, wires were wrapped inside the clips and I was just wondering if that was me or if that's how it supposed to be.
Thanks and always appreciative of the help!

You may have a ballast going bad. try swapping bulbs from left to right and see if the problem continues.
The Torx screw is really not needed.
The wires should be wrapped around the clips in such a way as to contact anything else inside the housing.
