Turn Signals & Hazard Lights Stopped Working

Well, I got a bit of a problem on my car. All turn signals (front, back, left, right) are not working, nor is the hazard lights. Its not the bulbs, and I replaced the "hazard" and "small light" fuse under the hood. Is there any other fuses left to check for? I checked both under the hood and in the kick panel fuse box and I didn't see anything labeled for turn signals..

This started when I was trying to install the 07/08 side mirrors in my '04 and after I tapped the wire, everything just stopped working. I always screw things up somehow lol.

Any help would me much appreciated because I can't drive without any of my signals not working since that's pretty dangerous.

I tapped the rear turn signal wire (red with blue stripe) and the white wire with silver spots thats imdicated from the DIY on this site. Neither of which worked though... testing all the fuses right now..

Turns out I fried my turn signal relay. Swapped one out of a salvaged Accord and it worked. Gotta do the LED resistor mod again.. oh well. Still need to figure out how to get these side mirrors blinking.
