Turn Signal Stalk Noise

Turn Signal Stalk Noise
So a few weeks ago I was pulling out of a parking spot when my turn signal made a loud "click" (sounded like it was coming from the stalk). Since then, when I'm turning the wheel with the signal on, there is a clicking sound all the way until it shuts off. Everything is working fine. The turn signal turns off when it should but I know this isn't normal since it never did it before.
I was at the dealer for an oil change so I decided to have them look at it. They said there is nothing worng and that they drove a similar Acura they had on the lot and it did the same thing. (I call B.S., but maybe it had that problem too?). They said everything was working as it should which technically, is true. This is just annoying. Has anyone ever had this problem or any insight on what I should do?

My TL has done this since it was brand new. It's not a loud click but it's there anytime you're turning the steering wheel with the signal on. In fact, every car except some Mercedes that I've driven do this. Basically any car where the turn signal mechanism is mechanical will do this. Some of the newer high end cars use the ECU to trigger the blinkers and do away with the mechanism and make no noise.

I know the noise you're talking about but this definitely louder than it should be. Even my GF noticed it when she drove without me saying anything. It never used to be so loud so my guess is something is broken in there but it still allows it to function?
