TSUDO HFPC Defoulers position

I installed TSUDO HFPC and have the L shaped defoulers installed on the downstream sensors however I’m still getting a p0171 and p0174. I only got these after the install. From the dozens of forums I’ve read, it is unlikely to get those codes from high flows but if you do it because the defoulers aren’t positioned correctly. What is the correct position?
This is the position of the defouler on the front cat downstream sensor. Straight up.

The position of the defouler on the rear cat downstream sensor. Straight up as well.

Some more info on the fuel trims and and fuel/air ratio. Not sure if that matters but I’ll throw this in here anyways.

I think they go the other way based on this pic, not 100%:
