Hi! thru some complications... Some acid accidentally spilled in my trunk and destroyed the trunk carpet and wood any places or any way can i replace it?

Ensure that whatever acid you spilled that it didn't come in contact with any painted surfaces. Depending on the acid, it could have a huge effect on the paint.
